Oneness Massage

This unique form of massage therapy will be made available just as soon as I have established my new location in London. The Oneness Massage brings comfort and healing and is offered separately from my other therapies. This special massage lets you experience the connection between your mind and body, creating a sense of security, along with joy and relief! It's a return to our natural state of self-awareness and of being comfortable inside your body, free from stress. This unique approach to massage consists of the blending of many techniques I have used successfully before, combining elements of traditional classic massage with reiki healing, reflexology, chakra therapy and energy work. To enhance your massage, I also offer aromatherapy with a wide range of essential oils to choose from.

The Oneness Massage can be safely used for adults, children, pregnant women and the elderly. Working with your body, disorders in energy flow are treated and emotional-energetic blocks in your chakras and meridians are removed. Set yourself free from tension in your body and remove obsessive thought patterns from your mind, bringing you to celebrate being in the here and now. The Oneness Massage is like an energy injection!

The massage works in several fields:

Physical - reduces muscle tension, improves skin perfusion and stimulates the blood circulatory system. Brings back the regular heart rhythm and blood pressure. Helps with the oxygen transport. The part of the body, which is given a massage exchanges nutritional substances much faster and removes unneeded products of metabolism.

Psychical - relaxes the body, calms the mind, works perfectly with the nervous system, giving balance to negative reactions of the body in response to stress. The level of endorphin rises during the treatment, which makes us feel relief and delight, increasing our resistance to stress. During the state of relaxation the body has a higher level of regeneration, increasing the self-healing abilities.

Emotional - giving attention to every part of a body results in better awareness of the body, a deeper consciousness and feeling of internal balance. It lets us feel better with ourselves. The energy, balance and ease come back quickly.

Energetic - consciousness and healing energy are directed to every part of the body. The energy flow in chakras and meridians is harmonized. Entering the alfa state during the massage enables reaching the emotional-energetic blocks, which eases removing them.

The prices for the various massages are 30 for a head, face and neck treatment and 70 for full body work.
